Sapphire Bay Condominiums West is on Feeder 9C or 7C for WAPA. Sometimes it’s on one or the other. Below is a picture of where all the Feeders are located on island. You can request to have an email or text sent to you when wapa goes out. Go to viwapa.vi to join or download the Everbridge App from your cell phone’s or computer’s app store (blue box with a white v design and says Everbridge & Nixie Alerts).
